jackfruit! a delicious honey-vanilla scent wafts up from these fleshy nuggets, and this incredible juicy golden taste creeps out onto the tongue. this particular jackfruit, which katae charmed off the next-door neighbor's tree, is the best i've had. ever.
motorbikes! o the thrill of the open road ... o the thrill of driving on the left side of the street ... o the thrill of weaving through traffic ... suddenly i have a visceral understanding of bikers, and why they do (some of) what they do. don't worry mom, i totally have a helmet on. see?
