bread = crumbly-soft.mayo = sweet, silky. very friendly with the vegetables.
meat = grilled pork (charcoaly, tender) + pate (unctuous).
vegetables = crisp! cilantro, pickled daikon & carrot, cucumber.
illegally good. justifiably famous.
